Billy Mwangi
Commercial Strategy Advisor

Billy Mwangi

Certifications
COO — Transport-as-a-Service
Project Lead — Real-World Asset Venture
Expertise

Commercial Architecture of Technology Investment, Revenue Strategy, and Operational Leadership.

Billy advises Cyrene clients on the commercial architecture of technology investment — the question most organisations skip past in their rush to adopt. As COO of a transport-as-a-service business and project lead for a real-world asset venture, he has spent his career converting technical capability into defensible revenue lines. His discipline is unfashionable but rare: he treats every technology decision as a commercial decision first. Within The AI-Ready Executive, Billy works with participants on the question their boards will eventually ask: where is the new revenue? He helps executives see past efficiency gains to the commercial territory AI opens up — new product categories, new pricing models, new partnerships, and the proprietary advantages their organisations are already sitting on but have not yet monetised.

Core Competencies
Commercial architecture of technology investment
Revenue strategy & new business model design
AI monetisation & proprietary advantage identification
Operational leadership & COO-level execution
Technology-to-revenue conversion
New product category & pricing model development
Partnership strategy & commercial structuring
Board-level commercial advisory
